Refunds and Cancellation

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If the training is not right for you, for any reason at all, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked. You do not have to justify it, and you do not have to finish anything first.

This guarantee is offered by us on top of your legal rights and does not affect them.

Your legal right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because access to the training is delivered immediately, you consent to that immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right ends once delivery begins.

Our 30-day guarantee above is longer than that period and applies either way, so you are never worse off.

If something is wrong

If the training does not work, you cannot reach what you paid for, or it is not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Tell us and we will put it right.

How to request a refund

Email hello@malcolmmuronda.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number. We reply within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Nothing to return

No physical goods are sold or shipped, so there is nothing to send back. You keep the cue cards you have already worked through.
