Terms of Service
By buying or using SocialiQ you agree to the following. SocialiQ is a trading name of Art in Merchandise Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17002262, registered office 21 Furlong Close, Cheltenham, GL51 9FX.
What you are buying
Access to online, browser-based training in recognising nonverbal cues. No physical product is sold or shipped. Access is granted immediately after payment is confirmed.
Licence
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the training yourself. You may not resell it, share your access, redistribute or republish the images, questions or explanations, or include any part of the material in a commercial product or your own course.
Educational use only — important
SocialiQ is educational. Nonverbal cues are ambiguous by nature: the same posture can reflect several different states, or nothing at all. The training deliberately teaches each cue with its honest range of meanings.
SocialiQ is not a lie-detection method, a psychological or medical assessment, a screening or hiring tool, or a basis for any decision about another person's honesty, character or fitness. Do not use it that way. Any decision you make about another person remains entirely your own responsibility.
Accuracy
The material is based on the published body-language and nonverbal-behaviour literature. Interpretation varies with culture, context and the individual, and the field itself continues to change. We make no claim that any single cue carries a fixed meaning.
Your account and progress
Keep your access details to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct, as that is where your access confirmation is sent.
Availability
We aim to keep the training available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve or reorganise the content, including adding or replacing modules.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
